PRM racing intake???

has anyone used a prm intake? and how does it compair to a AEM intake?

canadian made ..i got one and had for 3 years.. looks cool with the reverse cone although cone dimension is pretty small compare to other filters.,...

reason why i went with this is because of the looks and the way its set up..gap on the hood when it rain can get the filter wet but not with this set up.. but it does look restrictive vs the others.

I got the first one. My car was test mule for prototype. Comparable to AEM. One thing going for the PRM is that it doesn't particularly look like all the other SRI offerings out there. Kinda unique in that respect.

Filter design creates a vortex effect.

i wish they had dyno results, it definatly is more unique looking. i just want to see wich of the two have better airflow before i make a decision.

i found a vid on youtube and the person says its 4 hp gain, i dunno wuts the average gain for an intake

if you do intake and exhaust at the same time you might actually notice a difference but intake alone..not much on bottom end but top end will pull better.

That's a cool filter design. It would be even better if it was built like a velocity stack though.

^ It's close. Much closer than the standard cone filter for sure.

r the filters interchangable, like could i get a dry flow filter, i dont like the oil filters
