valve clearance specs

Does anyone have the specs for exhaust and intake valve clearance for an '02 Echo? Thanks

thanks Blue, if you can post them when you get a chance. I have the '08 service manual which I am assuming is the same, but I wanted confirmation before I go with that assumption. I am going to use the torque specs from the 08 manual as they should all be the same

1NZ-FE both cars have the same engine but it isn't drive by wire like the '08

INTAKE: 0.15 to 0.25mm
EXHAUST: 0.25 to 0.35mm

Here's the PDF for checking the clearances on my '05. Should be exact same.
