will be purchasing for 10700.00 OUT THE DOOR price (including tax, title, registration) how is that for a deal?

That seems to be a pretty fair price. You might hunt around more and find one closer to $10K even, but it would probably have more mileage on it.

That is the same as what I have, and mine was $12,750 when new. I have slightly over 70K on it already, and am still quite happy with it.
