Yep I understand about budget constraints. Have you done the one that modifies that cap that we are talking about allowing you to flip the arm all the way from the glass?

The wiper arm cap mod was the first mod I did shortly after getting the car.

In the new stopped position the arm is slightly off angle from the cap but it isn't very noticeable unless you are looking for it.
