I normally got around 451KM per tank while living in Italy, in the mountains. This is mainly on average with highway and city driving combine. Here in the UK for some odd reason i manage a little less, around 415KM per tank. But I also believe is the petrol, in italy I used Shell V-power all the time, but here i use everything else.

might use 4.5L = gallon in the UK

(its 3.8L for a US gallon)

might actually be closer to 32mpg using 3.8L/gallon

does yours TS feel the diference between high octane fuel or not?i use 95 octane (manual says that), i filled last year 98 octane fuel, but i did't feel difference at performance, only at consumption:a liitle more compare to 95, so i decided to fill only 95.maybe i used a bad 98 octane fuel?or our car doesn't "like" high octane fuel?

I dont feel much difference in performance really. But like u said, it does make a difference in consumption. But to be honest, I normally use High octane V-power from shell 99% of the time for my TS.

you mean your TS consumption is a little less with High octane fuel, or little more than low octane?because mine is more with high octane;that's why i refill only with low octane(95).if i would feel some performace increase of course i would use high octane, but as long i don't feel,i prefer to use low octane and save some money

The newest batch of Toyota Yaris, which has been produced for the model year 2006 to 2007.The Toyota Yaris offers up to 29 miles to the gallon in the city and 35 miles per gallon on the highway. And also very ok for riding from town to town.Simply stated, there is really just one reason to make it perfect to ride in orange county toyota.

Ohh sorry, lol. What I meant is with Higher Octane, I usually get more miles per liter in the TS. True, you dont feel much performance difference, but I spoil my TS, higher octane only,

Hey Guys!
iv just recently installed a Custom cold air induction and we had a problem with the 02 sensor where the engine light came on and the car refused to start.
we had to settle for keeping the OEM o2 sensor housing which sorted the problem but then the engine light stayed on.
having said that prior to the CAI, i was getting a maximum of 400km off a full tank, generally throwing 38-40L per tank.
we disconnected the battery to reset the ecu and engine light and since then ive seen that my kms have shot up to 450 - 480 km off a tank!
im a happy chappy! i dont know if the CAI affects the petrol consumption but i would recommend disconnectin the battery for abt 15min then reconnect and see what happens...
