I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought "Why not just straight up retrofit to projectors?".

Great job, and that's exactly why I think you can do a real good retrofit.

Well retrofits are hids.. in the sense that they're MEANT for HIDs. You could very well run normal bulbs in a retrofit but that's kind of a huge waste.
