Question Japan Vitz Rs Pulley Questions

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I have been looking at some NST pulley Threads and everyone seems to be happy about them.

So my question is do all the pulleys fit in my Japanese Vitz Rs?
I saw people complaining on the alternator pulley does not fit all 1NZ-FE engines and I want to make sure they fit with no trouble as I have a limited budget to spend to the car.

Thanks for any help given :)

I can't say since I've never seen a Vitz RS in person.

The alternator pulley fits with a shim, so if it's needed, all the pulleys do fit with that mod.

You should be fine, it's only the US Sourced Alternators that had the problem from memory

If your chassis is an NCP10 model than your RS is identical to mine.

I purchased the NST pulley set and had issues on the alternator and xb crank pulley. The water pump pulley fits fine.

The alternator pulley needs modification in the inner hole since it's a few mm less than stock. Without modification the pulley don't fit tight to the alternator seating.

The Xb crank pulley fits fine to the engine without problems but the belt it's about 1mm wider than the crank pulley area. This caused my belt to bend on the out sides of the pulley which by time could result in a damaged belt. Reducing the outside edges evenly with a torn machine would solve the issue.

Been running the pulleys for months now and they are fine this way.

If you need pictures to understand more I would do some for your information
