2007 Yaris Sedan AC clutch holder tool?

My Yaris's AC compressor wheel bearing is out, and I've been trying to remove the 7mm bolt (after leaving it overnight with WD-40), but it just spins the crankshaft. Even after holding the crank pulley down, it still spins!

I also tried giving external power through some wires to the AC clutch actuator, but that isn't working either (the clutch just doesn't engage).

Anyone that's had the same issue been able to fix it somehow?
