The blues are non-adjustable, about like the TRD's maybe just a bit stiffer (and $100 less in cost).

The reds (jkuchta is selling a set) are adjustable.

If that's the case, I'd highly recommend these if pairing them with the Tein S.Tech's. Wish these were around when I bought my TRD's.

Not because I want to destroy my car with all the bumps where I live, but I already have the TRD srpings, and my shocks are dead.

I know I have made a thread on this before, but after waiting a few weeks, I know I need to change the shocks, and buy new ones.

So I guess these would be a good choice to go with my TRD springs? (I do not see the need to adjust anything as I dont drag race or take the car to the track, so saving 2 times the money over adjustables seems logical to me)

I need some for my 07 sedan which is completely stock other than my Enkei wheels. I thought my only option (cheapest possible) was KYB. How do these compare to KYB?

Thanks....

As good or better. Tokico makes very high quality parts.

Sorry for the "semi-loaded" question. Just trying to justify (to myself) the additional cost over "T-R's" price for the KYB's. I know there probably better. Plus, there that real pretty blue!

where are you getting the KYB's? I've had that brand before, I thought they were very good.

Tire Rack has them. Still have not decided to go with them or the Tokico's though.

I don't think those would match up to the Tokico's, but I'm sure they are better than stock.

Toyota rebadges kyb's as sportivo shocks and struts. So blues are still better. Hope that helps.

I think I'll go with the blues. I've found them online for 310 - shipping included. Anyone know of a lower price site?

Make sure they are actually in stock and ready to ship, like the ones I carry. Also, consider supporting YarisWorld vendors and whether it's worth $9 for all the great advice and support you get. Then it's your decision to make.

The option offered by KYB is a OE replacement...

The Tokico blues are one step above OE shocks.

In other word if you go with the KYB you ara getting the same you already have while the tokicos will give you a more sporty ride..

So it all comes down to what you are looking for.

Have not checked the stocking status.
