That's the same exact 3-door I was hoping to replace my Yaris with, right down to the color. Damn you JK lol.

More progress, got the interior out to the point we can install a rollcage. More cutting and weight reduction to take place later.
Funny thing was finding a cellphone under the carpet, embedded in the padding. This is a car that has never been sold, never left the Toyota campus until we picked it up. A little digging and we found the phone appears to be from France. Some poor person installing interior bits on the assembly line likely lost it. Filled a dumpsters with all unneeded interior bits, total time to strip was about 4 hours.

It is locked. TMS is going to ship it back to TMMF. Could be a goodwill thing, or a point of training.
