Rode in the BACK of a Yaris Hatch Today!

A guy at work also has a 2008 Yaris hatch, he picked it up a few months ago as his long commute in his pick-up truck was costing him too much in gas.

Well, today we had a luncheon to go to, so I caught a ride with him. Being there were two other guys going, I hopped in the back. To my surprise, I found it comfortable and roomy! I am 6' 2" and a tad over 200lbs, so I'm never mistaken for being a Nigerian marathon runner.

Even after owning a 2007 hatchback for over seven years, I've never ridden in the back of mine. Now I know why my two 6'+ teenagers can ride in the back of mine without complaint.

By the way, this car has almost 210K miles on it. Mine only has 35K. I need to catch up!

Cheers! M2
