Looking at the http://www.nonstoptuning.com/NSTPULL...tToyYaris.html
website and i am not sure which to put into my 1.5L 3 hatchback Yaris.
I believe the 10% under drive pulley would make most sense but I'd like to hear someone's thought about this decision.
what is the WP-Lite & ALT-lite KIT for?

Water pump and alternator. They are not underdrives, just awesome looking lighter version of own equip. Lighter means faster response from your engine.

water pump and alt pulleys are more cosmetic.. they are lighter, yes. but not enough to make a difference.. i got the 10% crank pulley and the waterpump/alt pulleys as well. i barely can tell the difference from the oem.. but they look cool!

I am a bit on a budget, would it be worth just getting the "NST 10% Underdrive Crank Pulley 1.5L" only?

^ Yes. if you're on a budget, get the crank pulley. There is no downside to the underdrive version (you'll even use your stock belt with it), unless you are (1) supercharging or (2) bumping a huge, demanding sound system.

We are a preferred dealer for NST products:

If I remember correctly, NST is not an official vendor on YW anymore, so you'll have to try to go directly to their website and contact them through that...

Most people have had very positive experiences with NST, Mike has been very patient explaining things, emailing additional instructions, etc...

Hi fmicle,

The last email i received was 5 months ago. NST told me that my pulley was replaced and will deliver it back to me soon.

And during these 5 months, i keep on waiting. Nothing was delivered and I sent tons of emails to their official website asking them where is it and there's no reply from them...

This is a great reason to buy through a reseller who will take care of you when problems arise.

I thought since they are the official wholesaler, nothing will go wrong. But i was wrong. If this is their way of doing business, ignoring internet users like us, i guess there is nothing we can do. Perhaps i can lodge a complaint against them using legal means, since i got the full emails of our conversation and receipts of my local courier.

nstonaim is his AIM username. I haven't been on in quite a while, so I don't know if he's ever there anymore or not. You can give it a try though.
