i know this was discussed once before, and was probably lost due to the hack.

i will be boosted with the blitz supercharger most likely after christmas and i was wondering if a different pulley could be made or maybe even a light weight pulley could be made for the blitz supercharger? if a pulley were made to make more boost wouldnt u have to retune whatever fuel managment comes with the blitz kit?

Please contact us when you have your BLITZ charger installed and I would be more than happy to chat with you and answer all your questions.

There are options for the SC.

well if you made a pulley you would probably need a pulley from the kit in order to make a different one correct? and if i install mine my pulley it isnt coming off cuz i this is my only daily driver. so if anything could be done you would need the pulley before i install it. if you used me as a test dummy. perhaps i could talk cali yaris to send me the pulley from my kit he is holding for me so u could possibly get a head start. would that be cool?

but i am right in needing to have the Fuel management remapped if i went with a different size pulley right? cuz i would b changing boost levels and consequently needing more fuel.

but if you made a light weight pulley, in a bitchn anodized red to match my other lite pulleys, boost levels wouldnt change. just a slight increase in responsivness of the supercharger kicking in right?

I have already seen the BLITZ SC pulley. This pulley has a clutch type mechanism attached to it, and can not be reproduced feasibly in small numbers.

We are looking at options for raising boost via the crank pulley. Using a slightly larger crank pulley would raise boost, and could possibly work without needing any reprogramming of the ECU. We won't know until we have a test car to play with.

This is all just theoretical at this point... we won't know until we are able to try, which means we would need someone to step up to the plate and help out. Like I said, contact us once your SC is in your car and is fully operational.

Thanks again!

We actually have quite a few automatic owners out there...
unfortunately about 30 pages of the testimonies and feedback was lost in the recent hack.

The principles of weight reduction and underdrive apply in both auto and manual cars.
Dropping weight from the rotating assembly = increase in response and power delivery.

Hey Mike,

Just a little report for your records.

The NST SSK does NOT fit in the new (2009) 6 speed tranny.

The new Yaris TS comes equipped with a brand new 6speed MT and I verified last week that the SSK wont work on this new tranny.

I believe that Toyota will be using this same tranny also for the Euro 2009 Yaris 1.3L and other compact models.
