Dynamic Tuning Performance Chip

Hm...I don't know.. Performance Chip off ebay it's like ...15 bucks ..can't hurt to try right? hm... My Friend got one and he says it's okay ...Will it fuck up my car?

It'll work for 5 minutes until the ECU learns to adjust, and essentially waste $15 out of your pocket, at best.

You get what you pay for. What is it that you done to the engine that requires a ROM tune? Your ECU in stock form will work fine with most bolt-ons. If you wish to "fine tune" get a piggy back and tune it with a wideband or better yet take it to a Dyno.

You can make that for a quarter at radioshack you know... It's a resistor.

Slap a Chinotake into that puppy! That should throw you a few ponies down the wheel

I got one before I even knew about YarisWorld. It works fine for a while, but after a few days the responsiveness I felt was gone, just like Thomas said.

Honestly, I think it's not a bad little thing to have for those days when you need a little more "oomph". But as a suggestion, I would take it off after a few days, or you (and your car) will just get accustomed to it.

I'm working on reflashing the ECU, don't worry peoples, just a matter of who has a spare ECU harness.... anyone? lol that new of a car i don't think ill have much luck...

Wow, any way to get to it again, I am doing a project and I will be needing one soon to change some things around a bit, or know anyone else that totalled theirs? Sucks that it happeend though, does it handle good in a crash?... I'm checking now to see if you made a post about it ...
