1993

but I did let a friend attempt to apply metal flake green paint to my Volkswagen Quantum, I was going for a It Was a Good Day look thanks to Ice Cube's video

however I ended up with a more Incredible Hulk bright green plasticy look, it was really bad

My 98 is tough to chase
If you're on my tail - better watch your face
Smoke is comin' when I burn
Rubber when my wheels turn
A tinted window - so super bad
Lookin' like the car the Green Hornet had

you can try naptha, AKA white gas, colman fuel or scout water... about a gallon to a tank of gas... vroom vroom...

but you WILL melt to tops of your pistons off.

Seriously though, where did you get 120hp from? Did you just add up all the suggested hp gains from the manufacturers based on your mods? Or do you have some dyno sheets?
