so did ya'll decide on the details of the modified cover group buy? i would like in on the group buy if it hasn't already happened. i'd be fine with the black or the blue but preferably black. and no i don't have a supercharger BUT i have decided to get one, just not right this second. don't wanna wait til i do get it in and miss out on the group buy.

yeah it's really weird, I don't see how the sedan would have a different location of those posts compared to the LB.. unless the supercharger unit itself is a lil different, after all look at Peter, he didn't need to file down a corner of his to get it to fit, while others did... who knows!

Whatever logo you pick, it needs to be high res. If it's a tiny logo on your screen, it can only be etched as a tiny logo or else you'll see pixelation when he blows it up.

ok... also, and this feels like a dumb question, is it gonna be white like your microimage, uh, image or will it be whatever color the source pic is?

The image will be whitish because it's the bare aluminum after the colored anodized layer has been removed. If you want the image to be a different color, you'll have to find an artist or graphics shop. They need to remember to use paint that can stand the high temps right over the engine.

Wow, you do have short studs on the valve cover. I can barely see the threads. Ok, I'll have the center section cut higher. Thanks.

KK, that is just evil looking. Are you running those Ben Hur spiked chariot hubcaps on your wheels too?

It is one of a kind. If you switch to another one, I'm sure a Blitz'd owner will buy it from you. I too love the texture of the aluminum after the laser etching.
