Stock S Rims Painting?

I have the stock S rims on my 07 Yaris. I was wondering if there's any way to paint them in a DIY way? I like how they look I just wish they were black. Any help?

you will want to either have them blasted or scuff sanded really well. Personally if you scuff sand I would also spray them with a coat of etch primer before the paint.

My nephew painted his silver XXR rims with black Plasti Dip and they look great.
He says if he ever wants to go back to silver all he has to do is peel it off like you peel off a decal.

Plasti Dip ftw. A LOT less work than regular paint and it's semi-permanent until you get tired of it. I blacked out my lower grill with PlastiDip and it's holding up great. Best of all I just rubbed off the overspray with my thumb.

Heres the cheapest way...

Get spray paint cans from autozone with primer and wheel paint desired color
Clean all wheels first
Mask the tires and valve stem with masking tape
Use primer first
Then use the desired color
Let it dry then install

That is how I paint my wheels hope it helps you out. Good luck
