USA ONLY: WTS/WTT: Glock 19 9mm

Alright I'd like to trade my gen 2 G19 w/ extended slide release, new extractor, new back plate, I'm pretty sure it has a 3.5lb disconnect but can install the 5lb or 7lb if you prefer, and rebuilt 15rnd mag for a Gen 3+ G26. Can include cash if necessary. Threaded barrel and suppressor are NOT included. This is an old gun with Austrian markings. Would sell for $400 + shipping. I've shot this gun a LOT. I carried it for about 2 years and have never had a single problem with it. There's a fair bit of footage of this gun being shot on my YT channel. Only reason I'm getting rid of it is that I have another G19 that's a gen 3 that I like better and would like to try out a 26.

TERMS:
1. Your FFL absolutely must accept transfers from individuals. If you do like someone else did and send me the cash then I find out your FFL doesn't accept from individuals, congrats you just made a $400 donation to my checking account.
2. If you fail the background check and can't take delivery, that's your fault.
3. Payment must be made via USPS or MoneyGram MO. Other MOs I can accept, but my bank puts holds on any that are not USPS or MoneyGram so I will not ship until it clears.
4. If you are in AL we can ship door-to-door without an FFL needing to be involved
5. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state/county/city in regards to weapons with standard capacity magazines.

lol I had someone screw me over by purchasing and then later telling me their FFL required transfer from another FFL. Cost me $100 just to have it shipped, and the whole rifle was only $250. I took a huge loss on that one, so now I take measures to prevent that garbage!

Also, don't worry it doesn't have any kind of record or anything :P After I bought it from the previous owner I had the cops run the serial to make sure it was clean.

You might want to add that it is the potential buyer's responsibility to ensure they are able to receive this weapon in their state...e.g. they are legally capable to own this pistol where they live.

knew I forgot something :P

transferring a suppressor is a pretty annoying process, plus this one is an old model anyway. SWR's newest 9mm suppressor (the Octane) is disassemblable and made of steel where this one is sealed and has steel baffles in an aluminum tube.

You need a pistol license in many states to even own something like this. This is kinda a risky buy. In NY no FFL would accept this from someone who could'nt present their permit.

I'm Alabama resident, just moved here a few months ago. Can you really sell me a handgun without going through a FFL? In Pennsylvania we could private-sell rifles off the books, but not handguns.

If Alabama law allows you to sell me the handgun with the silencer, I'm obliged by nature's calling to buy it from you. lol.

It says in the description that the suppressor and threaded barrel aren't included... those cost me about 800 and 4 months of waiting, so I won't be letting go of those :) This is for the glock only.

From the ATF on intrastate shipping:

Q: May a nonlicensee ship a firearm by common or contract carrier?
A nonlicensee may ship a firearm by a common or contract carrier to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. In addition, Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment contains a firearm and prohibits common or contract carriers from requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating that it contains a firearm.

[18 U.S.C. 922(a)(2)(A), 922(a) (3), 922(a)(5) and 922(e), 27 CFR 478.31 and 478.30]
