Here is a battery that is under 7 lbs . and carbon fiber none the less . BAD ASS :)
www.braillebatteries.com just one of my secrets ......... I gutted my stock battery and put this battery in the shell :) for a savings of about 25 lbs :) Last edited by HTM Yaris; 03-23-2007 at 02:40 PM. Reason: accidently hit submit |

I was going to go with Odyssey batteries - cheaper but not quite the same amp ratings.
anyone interested http://www.odysseyfactory.com/specs.htm this one in particular PC625 At a show here a month or so ago they priced this battery at $120 can.

the 7 lb one wouldn't be fit for daily driving usage, right?

Kinetik batteries are another good choice as well.

Replace those every year, or you will be sorry. Even more often in colder climates. I've seen alot of those die. If you have upgraded your stereo or anything don't even bother. I've also seen them cause many tuning problems on higher powered cars.
