Sport pedals:
They're just covers, actually. Mine are different than what you would need, with the double-wide brake pedal, but the 3-pedal part number is
PTS22-52063. They were discontinued years ago, but if you search for that number on eBay, you'll see lots of identical-looking knockoffs for ≈$30.
