misfire

go get an OBD reader and look at the stored code. misfires blink when a misfire is detected. you are looking for a P0300,301,302 or 303 code for misfire.

assuming everything on car is correct - it's the MIL and likely a misfire
assuming misinterpretation: low brake fluid or low washer fluid + inertia vs sensor

I know the first time I saw my Maintenance Required light come on, I freaked. I was so used to seeing the CEL light come on on my old Cavalier, I have now become paranoid when any light comes on.
