received a underdrive pulley from Gram today..
tried to fit it, but no luck... the bolt is freaking hard.
i have also tried an electric drill to take it off, the bolt did not move at all.
sighs... gonna take the pulley to my mechanic this weekend, i cannot wait....

yeah i had to use an impact gun to remove the bolt for the crank
and a 10mm wrench for the water pump pulley along with a thick srew driver through the holes to loosen the water pump pulley bolts and i just impacted the alt pulley it was all good after that

got my underdrive pulley on today...
took it to my mechanic, it was just a piece of cake with air tool....
i could notice that the throttle is much lighter right after the pulley was on...
no unusual vibration after.

Pulleys were definitely worth some power as indicated by grpah. Note also the power numbers (123 wheel hp) is a new NA record-posted elsewhere with description of mods.

Thanks again Richard, your hard work and dedication is much appreciated

Is that dyno a stock car vs the same stock car with stock pulleys removed and NST pulleys (including 10% underdrive)? Were there no other engine/exhaust mods?

There are a lot of other modifications on that Dyno chart. Intake Manifold, custom long tube header, and others.

However, is important to mention that NON of those other mods modify in no way the output / gains provided by the pulleys.

That means that the 3whp gain all across the power band will be the same on an unmodified car.

And yes, that is a complete pulley set including the 10% underdrive crank pulley.
