^ Using the scanner will not "fix" a CEL problem -- all it does is scan and report.
Adjusting the idle screw might help, but most failures that I read about have to do with air leaks. There was some discussion that some TB's are different than others and won't work with the Yaris, but I'm not sure about that. The ones I've seen installed carefully all worked fine.
