same here, if there are holes (like I could use as a scoop to fit a tube for brake cooling), I'd like a pair.

Yes they are for mounting fog lights, not the blanks. i have two sets for 09-10 from toyota, one set for 06-08 from my fog light kit. Pm me if you want them...
