Vitz Rear Wheel conversion

i just wanted to ask for an opnion from everyone, i have come across a disk brake which you can be install in front of the Vitz rear wheel drums, which will actually give a look of disk brakes in rear wheel, they will not actually work but they will look good on the car and basically they would be a dud and not do anything.

should i get them, and would they look good or not ?

Yea i know first i though i can get them welded on the disc, but the fake disc are way to light to hold heavy calipers, plus they will rotate with the wheels which i think will look stupid to say the least
