alternator bushing JAMMED !

here is a sample found on the forum

I am talking about the "nut bushing" found on the left part of the picture (the bushing that move on the 14mm bolt)

the head of that bushing is ~19mm and jammed into the "frame cast" of the alternator

I cannot screw the 14mm bolt correctly to let the alternator in place securely

the bushing head is not fit correctly into the casting, in fact the "summit" 2 pan of 6 pan head is jammed into the casting

I did removed the alternator

I've try to screw the bolt and hit on it to let the bushing moving out.. no sucess

I've try a 19mm spanner and hit on it to bring it back to original position, no sucesss

this is soaked in loose nut for 3 days now...

I'm out of ressource

heating is not a good idea

hitting more is not a good idea

anyone can help ?
thanks
