NST FTW!

Does that mean the NST Alternator pulley won't fit? Did you buy the 3-pulley kit but was only able to fit 2 of them?

I saw a couple of comments asking how this would work on an automatic, but I didn't see a satisfying response yet.

I bump this question.

I bump this question.
Gains are very similar on both auto and manual cars. Weight reduction is very noticeable, and the principle of underdriving also applies equally, regardless of transmission type.

We have done A LOT of testing with automatics, and gains have always been there across the entire RPM band.

engine braking is still the same no change it actually was noticable just with the intake that add alot of engine braking but the difference is noticable on the auto but the engine braking is more back to stock i have all three pulleys. but love it going up hill is like butter now. exhaust and headers are next then ill work the suspension after

YUP..
Now it's only good for paper weight. I've tried to sell it to Swift owner (it seems could work with that alternator).. but so far, no luck.

received a underdrive pulley from Gram today..
tried to fit it, but no luck... the bolt is freaking hard.
i have also tried an electric drill to take it off, the bolt did not move at all.
sighs... gonna take the pulley to my mechanic this weekend, i cannot wait....

yeah i had to use an impact gun to remove the bolt for the crank
and a 10mm wrench for the water pump pulley along with a thick srew driver through the holes to loosen the water pump pulley bolts and i just impacted the alt pulley it was all good after that

got my underdrive pulley on today...
took it to my mechanic, it was just a piece of cake with air tool....
i could notice that the throttle is much lighter right after the pulley was on...
no unusual vibration after.

Thanks again Richard, your hard work and dedication is much appreciated

Is that dyno a stock car vs the same stock car with stock pulleys removed and NST pulleys (including 10% underdrive)? Were there no other engine/exhaust mods?
