I have this Yaris:
NLP130L-CHFNXW (2014 European Model MT)
ENGINE: 1NDTV 1400cc Diesel turbo

Can someone tell confirm the CC will not work on Yaris Diesel Models?

same here, no luck. from what i ve researched you will also need to route pin cables through the wheel to the ecu

I successfully installed the cruise control on a 2012 french made 1.3 L 6-speed Yaris. 1NR-FE. This version of the car had a different way of removing the steering pad as it had only one hole for accessing the clips which was located around 6-o'clock. You remove the steering pad by pushing a screwdriver through the hole to disengage the bottom clip and then you can disengage the other clips by pushing the steering pad upwards just using your hands. My steering wheel had audio buttons and and call buttons. There was a vacant 4-pin connector that I simply plugged in the cruise control stalks connector into and it started working.
