2012 sedan seats >> 2009 2D hatch?

Just got a 2009 base 2D hatch as I will have to junk my 2012 base sedan due to egregious frame rot.
Just did 500 miles on the '09 hatch and my back is fucked. Not a problem I had in the '12 sedan.
Can I swap the driver seats between the sedan and hatch?

Considerations:
- not sure compatibility of the two airbag systems both year and type of car (both have the older rounded face)
- '09 hatch has a record of being serviced for airbag recall
- not sure the '12 sedan was
- '12 sedan has airbag light on (think this is from a battery swap)
- '12 sedan seats have a lever that moves them up and down

Saw the thread from 2025 on the same topic, but unless I'm misreading something it seems inconclusive.

One consideration you didn't put forward is the ability for the seat to tilt enough to allow access to the rear. Sedan seats only tilt to vertical making access largely impossible. The good news is they are a direct swap as far as bolting in. Not sure about airbag compatibility concerns.
