Question HELP WITH DEALER INSTALLED ALARM!

hey I have a question hopefully someone one knows

Dealer installed an aftermarket alarm and it's going haywire in my mom's Rav-4

I pulled the 10A fuse for the alarm system and then she had to pull the horn fuse as it is still going off

anyone have any ideas as to how to reset aftermarket alarms? like a universal reset or something?

I've pulled both the fuse and the neg cable and nothing. <<<had to pull the fuse to allow her to drive the car at least

she has tried the valet button/reset button and nothing

ANY HELP is appreciated!
