It should be possible to wire both together, but you'd probably want to run a switch that can swap the audio signals. Not sure if you want two audio sources fighting over the amps.
You will need a separate 4 channel amplifier to power the car's stock speakers. You will want to invest in a good carpc power supply which will monitor ignition status and automatically control startup/shutdown (and handle any voltage spikes which could harm your hardware). Since this thing uses a DC power supply, dependent on the voltage you could get a power regulator that can supply that voltage (carnetix has a few voltage regulated power supplies) instead of figuring out how to rewire an M2-ATX power supply.
