Alternate to battery hook ups?

I was wondering if the super thick black wire on the thing behind the drivers side left bottom glove box goes straight to the battery? So I was wondering if instead of routing wires threw to the battery if I could just tap it to there?

Aftermarket power windows

That large gauge wire is an unswitched feed off of the 120A fusible link. It supplies power to the under dash fuse panel, including the circuits for the power locks and windows. Theoretically you could tap it, but it has no slack to work with.

To the left of it are three fusible link locations. The closest one to the giant black wire is for some feature that we don't get in the US. I used it as a power feed for my remote starter (the red wire going into the top terminal of it). The middle one is a 30A one for the rear window defroster (which I don't think you have on yours) and the left most one is a 30A one for the feed to the power windows. The Body ECU (which is within the white plastic chunk) contains a relay which enables the 30A power window one on cars so equipped. I believe on yours that you will find that the top terminal of that one doesn't have power on it. The other two do, and they are fed directly off that black wire, so if either is not in use on yours, you can use a 1/4" female spade to connect to it. You will need to put a fuse between that connection and your power windows, since that point is fed by the 120A main link.

I have it currently hooked up straight to the battery. Would I still need another fuse in between to hook it to the thick black wire?

You should have a fuse somewhere between the power windows and the battery. You don't want to run the power windows off of the 120A main link.

Im pretty sure it has a fuse, im also running threw relays or somthing. but it has been hook straight up to the battery for about 5months. I was just wondering if hooking it up to the thick black wire would be the same as hooking it up to the terminal. I just dont want so many wires near my battery. I thought it would look more clean. but I dont want to blow anyhting up. LOL

It would be the same and would clean things up a bit. Just double check to make sure there is a fuse before the relay(s). If there is not and something shorted or one of the motors seized, you could really do some damage.
