I saw a red '15 L 3-door (just like the one in your link) in a Wal-Mart parking lot a few days ago. I walked over to see if it had black seats similar to the SE...nope...just like the picture within your link. Better than the 'butterscotch insert' on my car that can't be seen (understated universal solid black covers on my front seats and a black jersey material fitted sheet over the rear), but not as good looking and functional as the solid black (with a bit of white stitching) seats on the SE.

The SE interior is only for the SE trim, or it was in 2012 when I got my SE. I didn't know the 2015 SE seats are all black, mine are black and blue like in this picture.

The sedan will be called Yaris in Canada. In the US it will be the Scion iA. Haven't heard a true confirmation yet that the LB version will be in coop with Mazda yet?

Hi Hershey,

Are you thinking about a new 2015 Yaris? I am too. My 2008 has 132,000 miles on it. I think it might be time for me but not sure I want the same thing. Mine has been trouble free and I still love it.

Does that mean there will be no more Yaris in the US?

There will be a Yaris however it will stay only as a Liftback. I just haven't tracked a confirmation that they are doing the LB version as a rebadged Mazda.

Well now....That would explain the extensive redo for this year (ie not a 1 year only model). Maybe the current Yaris will be with us awhile.

FWIW Motorweek tends to be very softball about their conclusions. Not that it isn't useful but you gotta watch te show for a while to figure out some of the cars they don't like, because they won't tell you straight up. I'll have to watch this one tonight and see.

tdinut , not at this time . Waiting on the Scion Ia and the possible release of the Honda Fit (City ) sedan . We had Yaris hatchbacks as well . Now have 2 FITS , an '11 and '13 . Both are base models w/ the 5 speed auto . Might make the jump back to Toyota .

Very nice. Thank you for the response. I am up in the air as to what to get. I can tell my '08 is getting tired but seems still pretty strong.

I thought all the new Yarisses have the touch screen radio, and what's with the poverty spec blank bezel next to the mirror switch?
