HID in the halo projector lights

I was wondering, is it safe to install hid kit in a halo projector lights which were bought from depo....
Has anyone tried it, and would it affect the projector or the housing in any way?

thanks

So for a HID setup, we have to put in 2 HID kits.
Also, The halos are dim already, once the HID's get installed, they wouldnt be bright enough, isnt it? Anyone changed the halos to brighter ones?
