2010 liftback does it have a camera location?
most camera installs seem to be above the license plate below the lip of the handle, but on the 2010 model there is no lip, just a lock.
the license is on the bumper, but it looks like there is a square hole in the light cover. is this just cosmetic or is this an intended camera spot? i can find zero conclusive documents on it. sites also show what looks like an entirely new license light part to replace. i cant get in behind the bumper to see, is there a tip to remove the rear area cover? |

Why would you need a rear camera with a small car like the Yaris?

Because I have people in the car or the headrests up sometimes? Because I have a screen ?
Want vs need are very different when it comes to car crap :) |

In my install, I ended up replacing the entire licence plate light portion, just to make it easier for myself. The camera is so discreet, you can barely see it. ![]()

That is what I ended up getting, some part that supposedly replaced the entire light / bracket assembly with a camera there. Its still on the way, so I havent tried it yet.
