Actually they are not. Harmon Audio is an official reseller for harmon kardon family. JBL, Infinity,etc. Most all the stuff is factory refurbished, and carries FULL factory warranty as new.They literally make them back to brand new condition by mfg and sold thru Harmon Audio. I bought my sub and amp thru them off ebay. Was skeptical at first too, but ended up getting a 8" sub for low 30's and the 225 rms sub amp for 41 bucks , both JBL. Packaged brand new with all documents and such. They sound great. Assuming these will be in same condition I'd have no reservations.
