NON Vented cap. If you had a vented cap it would thow a check engine light.

I think the fuel door protects my 11 gallon tank and if they really want the gas they could just punch a hole in the tank which is easy to do.

Buy a tiney sticker that says DIESEL ONLY.... put it on the fuel door and gas theives will never touch it!

I believe most, if not all new vehicles have something in the fill tube which prevents a siphon hose from being able to reach the tank. We had this discussed before the hack. I know I attempted to siphon the fuel out of a Pontiac Minivan I had, and could not get a siphon hose in.

Why do you need a locking cap when the fuel door is locked?

The locking mechanism on our doors can easily be bypassed by a screwdriver>.<

Our cars have a anti siphon valve. Locking cap is waste of money and may even set check engine light.

Only reason i could see you would need one of these is of fear of a ex girlfriend putting sugar down your tank.

Locking fuel caps are a joke. If someone really wanted in the tank, they can easily bust the lock on the cap and then take it off.
