Went to a wheel shop today...
And picked out the rims and tires that'll be on my Yaris right after we drive it our of the dealership tomorrow
Works Emotion CR-kai 18" in the hizzouse! (always wanted to say that), in bronze color, should contrast quite nicely with the red car. On these will go 215/35R18 rubbers, most likely Michelins Might also kill two birds with one stone and get the TRD suspension installed at the same time, since they have the kits in stock there. I'll be sure to get plenty of pics and post'em here |

If you don't have any problem with the TRD suspension please tell me. I have 18's too but some one told me that if I get suspension It's gonna rub.

Well well, a couple changes of plans...
Picked up the car this morning, it was love at first sight Anyway as I mentioned earlier I could not wait for monday for the shop we originally visited to be open. So found another wheel shop, with the same rims. But, upon testing on the actual car, I much preferred the white version of the rims, it just gives the car a cool rally car look that I am very fond of. In the end we went for Falken tires, 235/35R18, and the rims have an offset of 42, so it's a perfect fit, we'll ahve to see with lowered suspension, though! Now, at the moment, the car is in another shop getting the suspension (Tein coils and struts), and a few other goodies which I will post in the appropriate forums once it's done and I have decent pics ;) But for now, enjoy these pictures, one stock, one with the new wheels in place. |

Well with a very rainy day yesterday I could not really take any good pics, but this morning was nice and sunny! Didn't have much time to take proper pictures with a proper camera, but this will give a much better impression of the wheel and lowered suspension! And it looks like it's time for my first car wash
By the way, even after some hard driving last night, no rubbing issues |

I'm not quite sure what you mean, echo_hrs...
And anyway here's finally some decent pics taken with a decent camera. Too bad it's been raining most of the past few days and the car badly needs a wash. I didn't take any rear view pics as I'd be ashamed to post them here |
