there suppost to be outstanding from what i read and seen on a motortrend review but i thought someone tried them and began having coil issues.... dont qoute me tho. maybe someone can correct me.

well I ask this because myyaris has prius pistons and spark plug damage to me then told me about these spark plugs but do not know whether to buy or if you know of anything I can do about it ?????

are you still running the oem coils? thats whats getting burned up. your compression ratio is not really gonna have that effect.

if you have plug damage, you may have piston damage. is the plug hitting the piston? if so you'll need a shorter plug.

you'll have to do your own research there, find out how much shorter you need, open a few boxes and compare thread sizes and sealing styles...wether it uses a crush washer or if it's got an angled head or whatever it uses.

lot of work goes into replacing oem parts with non=oem. not saying toyota vs toyota, but in ur place where you use non yaris pistons. had a buddy put a lt1 crank/pistons and head on his tahoe...his computer wouldnt accept it. he had to run a special program...and i had that program available for my camaro. fixed his problems with a little timing and fuel curves. also reducing his knock sensor sensitivity.

any way, looks like you got some playin around to do. maybe use prius spark plugs too.
