Component or coaxial speakers?
I've heard that component speakers sound better because the tweeter is not near your feet but is mounted farther up. I can understand that speaker placement will make a difference but how large of a difference is this.
This is what I'm looking at for front speakers in my sedan: Kicker coaxial $100 http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Kicke...oductDetail.do Kicker component $200 http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Kicke...oductDetail.do I really don't want to spend $200 on my front set alone and would like to get the coaxial speakers and I'm just wondering if getting the component is really worth it. |
