How to choose and install HID on FOG light

hi guys...
i found one HID kits on ebay and they looks cheap...
are they good stuff to go with??

just wondering does it fit my Hatchback 2008 (fog light)?
for what i know our fog light runs on H11 55W, that's what i know about it.
for HID, is that as long as is H11 and 55W will fit our fog light??

and yet is there any tutorial showing how to install HID kits?
