Do you drive a sedan or hatchback? I'm a bit confused.....

You can change the the sedan cluster with another sedan cluster only. A 2009 sedan cluster with a tach will fit your in your car. I dont know if a 2007 or 2006 cluster with a tach will work w/ your 2009 car....

If you have a 2009 hactback, a 2009 or 2010 cluster with tach will work on your car. Dont use 2008 cluster with tach on your hatchback, because it may not work.

ebay usually has some sedan cluster tachs for good price.

Hatchback & Sedan clusters are not interchangeable. If you have a HB you need to use a cluster from a HB. If you have a Sedan you must use a cluster from a Sedan. Canadian cluster will work, it will read your speed in KM, & the mileage will be from the car the cluster cam out of. Also FYI, in Canada our Yaris came out in 2006, so when searching for a cluster start with that year instead of 2007.

Some reading found here:
Gauge Cluster Swap

Read it all the way through. Some pros, some cons.

Or just search for swap, cluster, tach and you will get a few more threads
about issues with the swap.
