15"or 16's
I have a 2015 base 3 door L.wheels are mostly the same price between 15 and 16.the cars isn't lowered,or plans to be.go with 16's for a better tire selection or stay with cheaper 15's but less choices?any ideas?

I think it boils down to what you like, I don't think there is much difference between those sizes. The 16" wheel will have a little rougher ride because of the smaller sidewall of the tire, but shouldn't be to bad.

oh its my work car.mostly looks.im leaning towards 15's,just so I can use a little taller sidewall.the road to work has 5 cattleguards.not easy on tires, wheels or suspension.

16" looks a lot better on the 2012+ "boxier" Yaris design, but I'm sure that 15" probably feels noticeably better (it terms of general ride comfort) on the typical choppy road.

15s are better for performance too. And will give a more comfort over 16s

I'd go with whichever is lighter (typically smaller rim = lighter wheel). It will perform better in every way, and will allow the suspension to handle the rough roads better. Enough selection in 15s to get the tires you need.
Cheers. |

This is what you want to consider. If you want look, IMO 16" is better but for performance, 15" are usually lighter (better performance because less inertia) and will offer better ride confort because of the higher side wall.

I would prefer black but I prefer black wheel in general so that is personnal. Choose the one that you prefer and keep in mind that you can repaint them later if you aren't happy with your choice. ~Lee |

Have you considered gun metal (aka graphite)? That should really look cool on your silver car.
