Slightly used 10mm Ichiba wheel spacers-$49 Shipped

I'm selling a set of Ichiba wheel spacers hat were only on my car for a test fit. They are hub centric, so no need to worry about your wheels shaking off. I painted them black so they would blend in more. I would keep these, but I do not have enough room for the extended lugs to fit properly on my wheels. The wheels weren't machined right, so the studs come out at a slight angle, and make the lug nuts dig into the wheels. PM me if you're interested.

Very unlikely that machining is your issue. Once you had the studs in, did you torque on an old lug nut to seat them in tight?

Also, I have the same spacers and found that Ichiba ships with extended studs that are way too long. This makes it extremely difficult to get the studs into the mounting plate. The studs only need to be 10mm longer than OEM, and the ones they ship are more like ~20mm longer. I had to get more appropriate length studs from Napa.

Those boys were in there like swimwear. I tightened them with an open ended lug nut. Like you said, the studs were too long. Do you know for which vehicle your new studs were made for?

Don't know. I took my OEM stud to NAPA and the counter guy rooted through the bins of studs until he found one ~10mm longer with the same knurl diameter.

If it'll do you any good, the NAPA part# is 641-2196

If you didn't do so, I would highly recommend using an impact wrench to seat the bolts. Given the length of the Ichiba studs, I suspect they went in at a slight angle. Without an impact, it is very difficult to pull the studs in absolutely 100%. By the time you've done all you can do by hand, with the mounting plate wanting to spin, the stud head may not be sitting tight around it's entire diameter. The result would be studs installed a slight bit off of true perpendicular to the mounting plate surface.

Wee Dizzle,
I went to NAPA and got the same exact studs you got. I should have no problem with installing them now.
