Color Question - Toyota Yaris Forums

I was looking at my black 3-door and noticed that the only color on the car is the red in the taillights. So I started thinking that a little red elsewhere might be interesting and begin to get away from unrelieved black.

Two thoughts:

Put red lenses over the fog lights. Is this legal in Virginia? Somewhere in the back of my mind I seem to recall that only police and emergency vehicles can use red lights in the front. My 1950 Austin has yellow fogs, but then so does every other car. Red would light up the night! Does anyone know if I can do this?
The old Toyota logo seems to have come only in red. I'd love to get one to put in the front of the car where the new logo is. Does anyone know if the old logo comes in an oval form that will fit the front of a Yaris?
