Air pressure for 185/70 R14

Guys, please advise what should be the air pressure for 185/70 R14 Tyres on my Yaris.. I usually keep 30-32 PSI but tyre seems to be under-inflated as I see them. I have seen the sticker on my car door but the size i have in there is not mentioned.
