LED turn signals - Toyota Yaris Forums

Does anyone know if 7507a is the ONLY bulb that would work for the yaris 06-11 ?

I tried to find some good looking powerful 7507 led on ebay but so far nothing is good, can i use other 7443, 7440 or any other etc?

I use 1156 (P21W) bulbs on mine.
I had to file off one of the bayonet lugs so it could fit though.
No problems so far.

does it matter which side you file off the lugs?

btw, what resistor did you use? same specs for front/back?

It doesn't matter.

No, I don't install resistors. That would defeat the purpose of using LED bulbs (lower energy consumption).

But if the hyper-blinking does bother you, you should look for a turn signal flasher relay for LEDs.

oh i see but in truth i buy the LED for looks, not lower energy consumption, the amount of energy saved is negligible lol
