Cargo space : Yaris vs. Fit
The other day I was walking to a Honda dealer having a look - for comparison sake - to a Honda Fit... honestly, I still believe Yaris has a nicer interior, but there was something surprising to see. Both cars - Yaris liftback and the Fit have exactly the same wheelbase and almost the same total length - the Fit has some extra 1.5in, and similar front and rear leg space...
Now comes the difference : the Fit cargo space is significantly deeper in terms of length, by at least a couple of inches Any idea why Toyota couldn't do the same  edit: just seen on Toyota's site, the Yaris RS (Canadian version) offers sliding rear seats which increases the cargo space, wow!
