Exclamation iPod Interface Adapter on CD Changer?

Hey guys! I have an '07 Yaris 5DR RS, Canadian vehicle with a CD Changer that looks like the one in this video. I want to get a usb iPod/Aux interface adapter for my vehicle and wanted to make sure it was compatible with my factory stereo. If possible, I am fine with disconnecting my CD Changer to use an interfacing adaptor but my question is will it even work? My stereo looks like the one in this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTGQGVZyJ-0

Thanks!

I found this one on eBay, there's a ton of listings.
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Car-USB-Inter...vxp=mtr&_uhb=1

I would do that, but the deck I want is $100 and I would need to order the single DIN dash mount + harness online because I can't find it locally. Plus I've never installed a custom deck, just one for the same model of vehicle.

I want to get that interface cable, just waiting on someone to inform me if it's compatible with the Canadian model 6 disc changer? If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated. If not I will try looking for a cheap deck to get, though the interface cable would be the most convenient. Thanks though!!
