Question about using 16" rims on Yaris

Hi - I'm thinking about buying a new 2014 Yaris.... currently I'm driving a Scion iQ. I love that car, but I hate the seats it has (very uncomfortable seats, back problems when driving the iQ). So I'm considering a lease swap and getting into a Yaris.

Here's my question: I have a set of brand new 16" alloy rims, but the width is 6.5 rather than the usual 7. I'm wondering if I could use these rims on a 2014 Yaris hatchback and if so, what size of all-season tires (in 16") would be advisable?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Blair
